Jack Straw to write to dead teen's mum

A MOTHER whose teenage son died while being restrained in a detention centre near Daventry will be sent a letter of regret from the Government. Gareth Myatt, from Stoke-on-Trent, died at the Rainsbrook Secure Training Centre in April 2004. Full article here

On Oct 14, Robert Dziekanski, a Polish immigrant flying on a plane for the very first time in his life, landed at Vancouver International Airport. Roughly 10 hours later, he lay dead on the floor of the airport lounge as a consequence of being restrained by a tazer. This very tragic incidentwas captured on video by a member of the public and can be viewed below.
